E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview:

As an E-Commerce Executive, you’ll manage our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include boosting sales, running promotions, providing customer insights, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment, and reporting on sales metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

  • Manage marketplace ad spending and optimize campaigns.
  • Strategize to increase online sales.
  • Conduct research to identify advertising opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and optimize product listings.

Account Management:

  • Collaborate with account managers to achieve sales targets and optimize performance.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Resolve operational issues in coordination with internal teams.

Business Strategy:

  • Align marketplace activities with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
  • Implement effective strategies for product positioning and customer acquisition.

Communication:

  • Serve as the primary contact for marketplace representatives.
  • Address operational issues and ensure seamless order processing.
  • Maintain strong relationships with marketplace teams.

Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze sales reports.
  • Prepare management information system (MIS) reports.
  • Present findings to the management team and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree is a plus.

Experience: At least 1 year with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

Technical Skills: Understanding of web technologies, SEM, SEO, and proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets.

Communication Skills: Excellent English writing, editing, and listening skills.

Key Skills: Promotional campaigns, demand planning, sales, customer service, and e-commerce management.
