Job description

This is a remote position.

This sign industry job requires an experienced signage project manager / account manager. You will also need strong technical understanding and be comfortable in a client facing role. Based remotely, you'll be responsible for customer and site meetings, reporting information back to the internal head office team. And ultimately ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality and client satisfaction.

This sign industry job is a mix of project management and account management.

The sign company's project management team is made up of internal Project Managers and Field based Project / Account Managers. As a field based Project Manager, you will fulfil a more client and site based role. Responsible for  managing key accounts, agreeing and reporting the scope of works, and site specific details, back to the design and internal projects teams.

This signage project managers job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • National travel to site, and client meetings
  • Management and development of existing key client accounts
  • Management of all aspects of the delivery of signage, graphics and environmental branding projects
  • Liaising with in-house teams coordinating designs, estimating and costings, manufacture and installation
  • Site surveys, scope of works etc
  • Advising and specifying signage solutions working from brand bibles and signage guidelines
  • Overseeing installations
  • Creating accurate reports
  • Ensuring the smooth implementation of projects and delivering best in class customer satisfaction

To be considered for this signage job you will need sign industry experience, either working within a signage project managers job or account management role.

In addition, you will also need the following:
  • An energetic personality, can do attitude, be prepared to be flexible and go the extra mile
  • A driving licence and willingness to travel to client and site meetings nationally and possibly in Europe
  • Strong technical understanding of signage, and related print and display products, construction, manufacture and installation
  • Proven track record of managing multiple site signage and branding projects
  • A keen eye for detail and spotting opportunities for additional opportunities to expand accounts
  • Able to deliver innovative solutions and problem solve any identified issues pre, or throughout, the project
  • Ability to multitask, keep a cool head during busy periods and demanding schedules
  • Well presented with good written and verbal communication skills
