YOUR MISSION
In this role, you will be part of the Commercial team at Glovo Italy, working closely with the Head of Region and the Account Management Team.
THE JOURNEY
- Build and develop a prospect portfolio from scratch, negotiating with the best local restaurants in your city to offer them on our platform.
- Take the lead in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and transition from acquisition to account management for your city’s partners.
- Achieve monthly objectives as defined by the Head of Region.
- Coordinate sales plans in collaboration with the Head of Region and the Account Management Team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- At least 3 years of experience in high-performance sales, managing complex deals, and engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills, particularly in assessing partners' business data.
- A strong drive for sales success, with a "never take no for an answer" attitude.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
- Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities.
- A good understanding of the food delivery industry trends is preferred.
