Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare Recruitment/HR

On behlaf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with Healthcare Recruitment/HR experience.

Mandatory qualifications:

• Valid project management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

• Degree, certificate, or Diploma in Health Sciences or Human Resources. Proof of degree, certificate, or diploma shall be provided with the response.

Education, Skill and Experience:

• Indigenous cultural safety or awareness training. Proof of the training is requested with the response.

• Valid change management certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

• 10 years experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare environment including the development and management of project plans including cost management, resource management, dependency management, and risk management in delivering a combination of operational, clinical, business, or process change. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the project's duration or work that totals at least 10 years.

• 5 years of managing projects that incorporated organizational change management strategies and plans, using a structured methodology such as PROSCI, including change impact assessments, strategies, and plans for managing and reinforcing change, as well as sponsor management. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the duration of the project or work totaling at least 5 years and specifying the methodology applied.

• 5 years experience implementing large HR or health services transformational projects including organizational and service redesign projects. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the project's duration or work that totals at least 5 years. Please specify the organizational or service redesign component.

• 3 years experience as a Project Manager working on projects in a government environment. The response should include at least 1 example including the project's duration or work that totals at least 3 years.

• 5 years experience providing program or project leadership of large operational transformation activities in healthcare or HR environments, including planning and program/project management, working with executive leaders, oversight of project managers/team leaders, organizational change management, risk management, and reporting to executive sponsors. The response should include at least 2 examples, including the project's duration or work that totals at least 5 years.

• 3 years experience as a Project Manager working on projects in healthcare human resources. The response should include at least 1 example including the project's duration or work that totals at least 3 years.

Hourly rate: $100/hr.
