The Outsourcing Partners was established as an Impact Sourcing organization in March 2020. Due to the ongoing expansion of the organization, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Operations Manager
The Finance & Accounting Operations Manager plays a prominent role in maintaining the quality and completeness of the client deliverables, demonstrating deep process knowledge. The Finance & Accounting Operations Manager is responsible for reviewing client’s financials, proposing solutions, communicating risks and assumptions to the delivery leadership and client stakeholders.
For delivery operations, the Finance & Accounting Operations Manager implements best practices, leverages automation, technology, analytics and accounting tools effectively and works with the client to evaluate process changes that will improve performance.
Frequently, the Finance & Accounting Operations Manager will engage in day-to-day support of operations when performance requires improvement. In addition, the Finance & Accounting Operations Manager develops and modifies process documentation, solution standards, SLA and Internal Control standards. The Finance & Accounting Operations Manager also drives clear and concise communication with the team, and concise executive level reports to client management.
Responsibilities:
● Handle day-to-day accounting, month end close, and quarterly/annual financial statement review

Handle and resolve customer requests and concerns
●
Point of contact for delivery and operations concerns, and queries from both client and support team.
●
Handle onboarding process for clients and report support teams.
●
Identify ways to improve client experience, mediate between Business Partners and organization.
●
Other tasks as assigned by client or management.
Requirements
The right candidate would have:
● Proven experience as an Finance & Accounting SME, or similar operations roles working with foreign clients and remote teams.
● At least 5 years of experience in General Accounting.
● Extensive background in finance & accounting is a MUST.
● Hands on experience with ERP such as Exact Online, QuickBooks Online, SAP.
● People management experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment.
● Experience in working with people from different cultures & backgrounds.
● Highly organized and able to multi-task.
● Self-driven and proactive nature.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Demonstrate leadership qualities.
● High computer literacy and ability to learn new tools and software.
● Knowledge of customer success processes.
