The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for optimizing and refining NDA, Home Decor eCommerce website, ensuring consistency in brand identity across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in creating impactful user interfaces and experiences, specifically in luxury goods or jewelry. This is a crucial role in enhancing user experience and driving conversions for the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Design compelling, high-converting landing pages that align with Karma and Luck’s aesthetics and business goals.
• Lead partial redesigns of key website pages, including implementing a new filtering system, improving category displays, optimizing product titles, and enhancing add-to-cart functionality.
• Ensure all designs are mobile-first, providing seamless experiences across devices.
• Create seasonal gift guides and holiday landing pages that drive engagement during peak shopping seasons.
• Review and recommend improvements for button styles, typography, banners, and page layouts, ensuring designs adhere to the "golden ratio" principle.
• Collaborate with the conversion rate optimization (CRO) team and use data insights to inform design decisions that drive performance and conversions.
• Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with business goals and user expectations.
• Incorporate SEO-friendly design techniques to enhance page rankings, improve load times, and optimize overall performance.
• Leverage tools like heatmaps, Google Analytics, and split testing platforms to gather insights and refine designs.
• Introduce subtle motion effects and interactive elements to enhance the user experience.
• Conduct visual quality assurance checks to ensure the final product aligns with design expectations. Work closely with developers to ensure precise implementation.
• Develop and maintain design standards and processes in collaboration with branding and marketing teams.
• Use Monday.com to manage design projects and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio in eCommerce, preferably within the jewelry or luxury goods sectors.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools. Familiarity with web development processes.
• A keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to generate fresh design ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and heatmaps for data-driven design decisions.
