Core responsibilities:

  • Communicate with other internal departments (Logistics, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.) to ensure efficient Commercial workflow.
  • Respond to inbound sales enquiries in Salesforce Identify process improvements, make suggestions and ensure all current processes and procedures are implemented and followed. 
  • Assist in preparing and formatting commercial documents, reports, and presentations. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. 
  • Coordinate with clients regarding contract signatures, project updates, and inquiries. 
  • Update and maintain databases, records, and contact lists. Collaborate with the commercial team on various projects, providing administrative assistance as required. 
  • Assist in organizing and planning events, conferences, and meetings Assist in the preparation of contracts, agreements, and other documents
