The CEO is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, leading the executive team, overseeing operations and financial performance, managing stakeholder relationships, driving innovation and growth, and ensuring compliance and risk management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The CEO reports directly to the (Board of Directors) and is responsible for the overall company enterprise operations including administrative, marketing, and operations/ services; developing high quality business strategies and plans that align with the company’s short-term and long-term objectives; monitoring company and division goals and KPIs; promoting and adhering to the Client's culture throughout the organization; hiring exceptional leadership talent; and solicits team input and participation in the decision making process.

  • Protect and enhance the Culture throughout the organization.
  • Ensures that the entire organization is focused on the company’s mission, vision, short-term and long-term goals.
  • Develops and leads quarterly and annual business planning sessions with recommendations to the board
  • Maintain company profitability target and identifies areas of efficiency
  • Develop and maintain quarterly SWOT analysis
  • Identify new areas of growth and maximize existing market share in our current markets
  • Build and foster an environment for the company culture to flourish.
  • Oversee all business activities to ensure desired results are attained and consistent with the overall strategy and mission
  • Develop high quality business strategies that align with the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Ensure all company policies and SOPs are followed and updated on an annual basis
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.
  • Participate in sales activities to grow the business.
  • Perform discovery calls with prospective clients.
  • Send new clients the company's Agreement. Assists with client onboarding when needed.
  • Review financial, operations, and growth reports to devise solutions or improvements
  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
  • Interacts with local press. Approves all public relations and news releases.
  • Markets the company via networking, appearing on public radio, TV, podcasts, vlogs, social media posts.
  • Is on a person plan for continual professional growth and development.

    Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each division in the company meets its responsibilities and maintains high performance standards.
  • Hiring and oversight (including termination when necessary) of executive level direct reports.
  • Responsible for the professional growth and development of Executive level direct reports.

Requirements

  • Very good written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be the Ideal Team Player (humble, hungry, people smart)
  • Very strong desktop tools skills (MicroSoft office, Google Suite (docs, sheets, etc.) Education and Experience
  • College degree
  • 3 years or more experience as an upper-level corporate executive or CEO College degree

    Physical Requirements:
  • Good general health Systems and Other Requirements:
  • Two (2) Computer Processors having at least i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and Windows 10 or better operating system
  • Have 2 monitors for a desktop computer or one monitor to work in conjunction with a laptop.
  • Has two (2) forms of internet. Backup internet can be a hot spot on the cell phone or should have a backup location. Primary internet must provide at least 100 Mbps on wired plan (computer is wired directly to the router).
