Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced sales team in the health and public services sector. The role involves providing high-level administrative support, including calendar management for 2-3 GM level team members, coordinating morale events, booking domestic travel, vendor setup, budget support, hardware support, and occasional space management. You will work closely with a recently merged federal team, and your support will be crucial for various team activities and events.
Hard Skills
- Minimum 8 years experience with calendaring in Outlook
- Minimum 5 years experience with administrative support for large teams (100+ team members)
- Minimum 5 years experience with prior experience in a large enterprise tech company
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Flexibility in adapting to changing business needs
- Proactive time management and prioritization skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 40 Weekly.
Work Environment
Mostly Remote-Local - but will be onsite in Redmond, WA approximately 3 times per month
