Your future tasks

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to join our "Transformation for More" organisation. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this individual contributor will play a crucial role in the evolution of the program and the journey of Getec, one of Europe's leading energy service providers and contracting specialists for industry and the real-estate sector.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing transformation projects that encompass a broad range of business domains.
You will be responsible for allocating resources effectively, making sure that projects are adequately resourced, and managing budgets to stay within financial constraints.
In order to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that projects meet the diverse needs of our organisation, you will collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, procurement, energy trading, HR, and various operational business units.
You will act as a bridge between the project teams and the stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of project goals.
Furthermore you will identify, assess and mitigate project risks to ensure the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
And finally you will drive transformative change within the organization and implement new processes, technologies, and strategies that support the company's objectives and create a more efficient and sustainable business environment.

YOU AS A PERSON

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications such as PRINCE2 being highly desirable.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading transformation initiatives within a complex and dynamic organization. Your track record should demonstrate your ability to manage projects successfully from initiation to completion.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the capacity to effectively lead project teams and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities. Your capacity to work with diverse teams and stakeholders will be pivotal to project success.
Proficiency in English is essential as you will collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
Willingness to travel within Europe, including visits to different locations such as Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, and Poland, as required to support project initiatives.
