Responsibilities

• Support the entire data pipeline process from raw data to structured data, ensuring successful execution to BigQuery and Looker dashboards
• Identify and resolve issues with data sources, such as disconnected sources or changes in data structure
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by addressing data-related issues
• Understand and apply the logic behind queries in relation to business cases to ensure valuable data representation on dashboards
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and engineering leadership to support project objectives
• Provide support during business hours for the Bay Area
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with proficiency in reading, modifying, and creating complex queries
• Good business analysis skills to effectively interpret data quality and summarize information
• Working knowledge of Hitachi Pentaho Data Integrator (Pantheon ETL)
  
  
  

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of GCP including security and access controls
• Passing knowledge of Java or other object-oriented programming languages
• Familiarity with SparkSQL, PySpark, R, Bash
