For this role, our client is in search of an experienced U.S. Recruitment Specialist to be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of healthcare professionals. This job is for full-time work during Eastern Time from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.


The following work-related experience is required for this role:

  • Must have at least one year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Must have at least one year of experience conducting interviews in English.
  • Must have experience recruiting US-based candidates.
  • Must be familiar with using Applicant Tracking Systems and other rec tools.
  • Experience with hiring nurses or healthcare professionals is an advantage.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:​​​​

  • Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and expectations.
  • Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates (including online job portals, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms).
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients.
  • Emphasize their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Other responsibilities as required.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Full-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $4.00 - 6.00 per hour.


* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
