Senior Security Programme Manager

About you: 
Reporting directly to the Group CISO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security program to improve our NIST CSF maturity within the organisation. You are a Programme Manager with experience working in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment, you will have successfully managed large programs with a focus on security, delivering value to the business. You have managed change in a fast paced, light touch organisation and can manage stakeholders at all levels of the company.

Day-to-day, you will: 
•  Lead and manage projects to enhance the maturity of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) across the organization, working with various teams to ensure goals are met.
• Collaborate with different departments to define project goals, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with both security and business objectives.
• Communicate project updates, including status, risks, and challenges, to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of progress.
• Coordinate the implementation and communication of cybersecurity initiatives, supporting the cybersecurity team and promoting security awareness throughout the organization.

Your skills and experiences might also include:  
• Able to define and work in Information Security, Compliance, Technology Operations and/or Data Protection
• 7+ years of experience in managing large enterprise security projects and programs.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC and others or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, cloud architecture, and agile methodologies.
