We are currently recruiting for an 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.

Role Requirements

As our 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of creating, maintaining, and supporting the EUC images deployed across the RSA estate. You will have responsibility for the Image Management processes, utilising modern technologies such as Autopilot, Autopatch, Intune and any other emerging technologies.

You will be working alongside 3rd party vendors, you will be responsible for contributing to the core processes of Incident, Problem and Change management where relevant to the Modern Workplace EUC estate. You will troubleshoots incidents and, where necessary, escalate to vendors and external SME organisations (e.g.Microsoft).

You will provide Windows desktop (physical and virtual) and endpoint configuration services to meet the solutions prescribed by the architecture. You will also provide support and root cause assessment where required, while also monitoring new capabilities from vendors.

The Individual

About You:

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience of supporting end user/Modern Workplace environments. You will have experience working with outsourcing suppliers and multiple software vendors. As well as previous experience and practical application of Service Management processes.

Ideally you will have experience of Microsoft stack of products, including; - SCCM, Intune, O365/M365,Windows 10/11 or Autopilot. You do not need to have experience across all of these MS Products. You will also need the ability to identify and manage risk, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills.
