Job Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Manger this position is responsible for the management and development of business for specific Enterprise Accounts. This will include both Net New business and back-to-base (Current Customers).


Job Description:

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the management and development of business for specific Enterprise Accounts including both Net New and Back-to-Base(Current Customers). We target large, enterprise level accounts in both Equipment Rental and Construction markets. You will be particularly focused on CAT and other large equipment dealers and rental companies. This position is remote in the US.

  • Provides Enterprise product selling based on understanding of the customer's current/future needs based on identification of customer challenges.
  • Manage complex sales cycles
  • Navigate organizational structures within target accounts to identify relevant influencers and buyers
  • Responsible and committed to effectively organizing workload to exceed sales metrics and accurately forecast all revenue opportunities in a timely manner in Salesforce.com
  • Work with Marketing to develop strategically viable pipeline and target specific customers through ABM
  • Focus on value-based selling and position the core differentiators of Wynne Systems in a way that clearly shows our customers what they will receive for their commitments to us
  • Proposal response and strategy are also important elements of the day-to-day tasks
  • Must travel minimum 50% of the time; working at account sites, conferences, exhibitions and workshops


Position is remote with preference for candidate in MST, CST, or EST time zone.


The Person:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Accomplished high-energy enterprise salesperson with 5 years of Enterprise level sales (minimum 5 years of technology sales in a B2B environment);
  • Experience working with the CAT dealer network or with other similar large equipment dealers.
  • Experience with the Rental Industry.
  • In depth knowledge, understanding, and sales experience in the equipment rental or construction industry.
  • Focused on current account growth and revenue growth for the Enterprise market segments of both Rental Equipment and Construction.
  • Have track record proving the ability to sell into C level management.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders of all levels from users to buying decision makers
  • Ability to influence, teach, and motivate others towards accomplishing a common goal.
  • Expert at applying our adopted sales stage methodology to ensure maximum revenue is generated from every opportunity created and shares this knowledge with others.
  • Ability to logically communicate technical information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Ability to successfully work and promote client's environment and requirements internally within inter-functional groups.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and ability to use interpretative skills to understand and relate industry/client requirements are essential;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent inter-personal skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment;
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, organized and innovative;
  • Proven ability to deliver contracted revenues meeting targets.


Who you are:

Experience in the Equipment Rental Industry Experience, OR Construction Rental Industry Experience OR Heavy Equipment Manufacturer Experience


REQUIRED

Must be willing to work with Marketing to build pipeline and enhance sales funnel.

Must be willing to work with your colleagues in Sales and across the organization to find the best solution for the customer that delivers the best outcome for the business.

Must live near airport

Preference for candidate in MST, CST, or EST time zone.

Second language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian)

Experience with Rentalman or RentalResult suite of products

Preference for candidate with experience selling any kind of ERP system


Salary and additional pay


Base salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually


Commission: This position is commission eligible.


Other compensation: This position is eligible to participate in the discretionary company bonus plan.


Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons
