About the job

This is an online work-from-home role. As a Cuelearn Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring services in the selected subject. You will conduct tutoring sessions using Cuemath's proprietary platform and curriculum, assess students' progress, and provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment, promoting active student participation and critical thinking.
• Motivate and inspire students to cultivate a genuine interest in the subject.
• Customize teaching approaches based on the individual learning needs and styles of each student.
• Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and the Cuemath team regarding student progress and concerns.
• Engage in professional development through ongoing training, staying updated on educational trends and teaching methodologies.
