Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service performance and customer engagement.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics and objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
