Do You Make the Cut?

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Lead Technical Product Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate internal teams and customers about our products, ensuring they understand the technical aspects and applications. This role involves creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to enhance product knowledge.

Responsibilities -

  • Training Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to different audiences (internal staff, partners, customers).
  • Delivery of Training: Conduct engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops, both in-person and online, to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, their technical specifications, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Content Creation: Create and update training documentation, manuals, and user guides to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, and make continuous improvements to training materials and methods.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support to trainees, addressing questions and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and training needs.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry developments and competitors’ products to inform training content and enhance program relevance.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Education, Communications).
    • 8+ years of industry experience in similar roles.
    • Proficiency with Multimedia/web development (Images, Audio, Video, animation, ) using Adobe eLearning or Creative Suite
    • Proven experience in technical training, product training, or a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
    • Experience with instructional design and training methodologies.
    • Proficient in using e-learning platforms and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
