Treliant is looking for experienced Real Estate Appraisal Reviewers for remote, project based engagements with key clients.

Responsibilities:

While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: 

  • Review and analyze real estate appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Verify the validity of data used in appraisals, including property details, market trends, and comparable sales.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to appraisers to improve the quality of their reports.
  • Collaborate with appraisers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues found in appraisal reports.
  • Maintain detailed records of all reviewed appraisals and related communications.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate appraisal regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate appraisal or appraisal review.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in appraisal software and tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Benefits:

Primary Location: Remote

Primary Location Salary Range: $20/hr - $40/hr
