    Job Description

    We are seeking a Transaction Laundering Detection Analyst who will be an internet sleuth with a knack for digging through a variety of data sources to find meaningful connections. Help G2 uncover money laundering schemes using an array of investigative tools. This is a remote, work from home opportunity. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review global companies and websites in various languages for compliance with applicable regulatory law
    • Become a subject matter expert in regulatory law as it pertains to program scope
    • Handle client escalations by providing quick, appropriate responses and solutions
    • Make clear and accurate decisions and notes per specific project rules and client customizations
    • Work tandemly with a team of other analysts, communicating effectively with colleagues to meet strict deadlines
    • Interact directly with customers in a timely manner to answer inquiries, handle complaints, and resolve problems
    • Provide expert feedback to teammates, Manager, client, and others within G2
    • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail resulting in a high-quality work product
    • Follow instructions, apply guidelines, and work independently
    • Manage time well to complete assigned projects and assist teammates
    • Attend regular team meetings and other relevant meetings (such as product development or company-wide)
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, always pivoting and organizing all program materials and knowledge to affectively learn or update procedures

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated research ability
    • Experience compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources and communicating this information to others
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate and insightful results in a deadline-driven environment
    • Aptitude for problem solving, both individually and in collaboration with teammates
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office product suite
    • Strives to understand the bigger picture behind complex problems
    • Foreign language skills is a plus
