Job description

The Dayforce HRIS Analyst role will own HRIS applications and modules, including maintaining and implementing configurations, ensuring data integrity, and writing reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day system support to Human Resources and the organization.
  • Tier 1,2 and 3 support – technical assistance and solutions pertaining to HR technology.
  • Prepare end-user documentation, testing, or training materials as needed.
  • Support HR and business priorities by staying up to date with updates and best practices to ensure the system's optimal performance.
  • Serves as the main resource providing HR systems support, including training, system access, and issue troubleshooting and resolution, and data integrity.
  • HRIS maintenance, including researching and resolving errors, testing, etc.
  • HRIS Provides support for dashboards and forms.
  • Ability to create custom reports.
  • System support and analysis of time, pay and benefits configuration, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing, and supporting implementation of HR system upgrades or updates.
  • Monitors and ensures appropriate actions taken for Benefit vendor interfaces.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field of study, preferred.
  • High capacity of accuracy and the ability to enter or review data quickly.
  • Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy,and discretion.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while working with HR records.
  • Dayforce CeridianExperience with is required.
  • Experience building conditional workflows and forms in XML, strongly preferred.
  • Third party application support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to respond to inquiries concisely.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a commitment to the overall success of the organization.
  • Strong work ethic and high-level of integrity needed for working with confidential information.
