Job description

The Dayforce HRIS Analyst role will own HRIS applications and modules, including maintaining and implementing configurations, ensuring data integrity, and writing reports.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day system support to Human Resources and the organization.
Tier 1,2 and 3 support – technical assistance and solutions pertaining to HR technology.
Prepare end-user documentation, testing, or training materials as needed.
Support HR and business priorities by staying up to date with updates and best practices to ensure the system's optimal performance.
Serves as the main resource providing HR systems support, including training, system access, and issue troubleshooting and resolution, and data integrity.
HRIS maintenance, including researching and resolving errors, testing, etc.
HRIS Provides support for dashboards and forms.
Ability to create custom reports.
System support and analysis of time, pay and benefits configuration, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing, and supporting implementation of HR system upgrades or updates.
Monitors and ensures appropriate actions taken for Benefit vendor interfaces.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field of study, preferred.
High capacity of accuracy and the ability to enter or review data quickly.
Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy,and discretion.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality while working with HR records.
Dayforce CeridianExperience with is required.
Experience building conditional workflows and forms in XML, strongly preferred.
Third party application support experience preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills with the ability to respond to inquiries concisely.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment with a commitment to the overall success of the organization.
Strong work ethic and high-level of integrity needed for working with confidential information.
