  • Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and assistance.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
  • Engage in training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Offer feedback and insights to management for service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus but not essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
