Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to swedish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
  • Manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and successfully resolve issues.
  • Effectively communicate product and service information to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills with a keen focus on customer service.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying customer needs.
  • Proficient problem-solver with a positive attitude.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate and immerse yourself in a new culture in Greece.
