Job Description

Collaborate closely with customer engagement and sales leadership to proactively monitor and engage with targeted customers, identifying growth opportunities backed by clinical practice insight, informatics expertise, and robust solution knowledge.

Leverage data-driven strategies and clinical expertise to address customer needs and align Oracle solutions, where applicable, with their unique challenges and goals.

Build and maintain intentional and trusted relationships with customers, guiding them in optimizing their current technology investments and making informed decisions about new technologies.

Prepare customers for technology enhancements by setting up appropriate leadership engagement and governance structures, creating detailed roadmaps, and promoting utilization and adoption of modernized capabilities.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain purpose driven relationships with key members of customer leadership

Provide clinical insight into customer account plans

Generate clinically qualified leads for Oracle solutions and services

Speak to clinical workflows across disciplines (Provider, Nurse, Tech, etc…) and understand how Oracle solutions align with real-world clinical practices

Navigate within the customer domain to evaluate and identify optimization opportunities within clinical end-to-end workflows

Ensure customer-specific roadmap is created, maintained, and activated against with Client Accountable Executive (CAE) and Customer Success Manager(CSM)

Ensure customers have effective governance structure in place to accept rapid innovation

Generate dashboards and monitor metrics leveraging Oracle tools

Deliver full clinical customer assessment and drive sprint activation

Communicate end-to-end solutions, effectively integrating Oracle Health and Oracle Enterprise applications that support healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and business operations.

Showcase customer value realization through published articles, industry engagement and events, and/or social media outlets

Stay updated on the latest Oracle products and services, continuously refining messaging to reflect the clinical and CDA product roadmaps and future innovation

Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders as needed while maintaining the capability to operate autonomously

Independently perform research and analysis to resolve issues and address questions, utilizing available resources to obtain necessary information

Canada: Hiring Range from $77,500 - $144,000 CAD per year

US: Hiring Range: from $43.99 - $85.67 per hour; from $91,500 - $178,200 per year. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 90/10.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
