About The Role

In this role, you will support our community management efforts by engaging with users, curating content, and helping to foster a positive and dynamic environment for our finance-obsessed community. What You'll Do

  • Community Engagement:
    • Monitor and engage with the Stocktwits community on the Stocktwits Platform
    • Respond to user comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in organizing and promoting community-driven events and live-streams
  • Content Curation:
    • Help curate and schedule engaging content that aligns with Stocktwits’ brand voice and tone.
    • Identify and share trending topics, popular tickers, and user-generated content to keep the community informed and engaged.
    • Assist in the creation of visual content such as infographics, charts, and social media graphics.
  • Community Support:
    • Assist in moderating the community to ensure a respectful and positive environment.
    • Gather user feedback and report trends or issues to the Community Manager.
    • Support user onboarding by providing resources and answering questions about the platform.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on user activity, popular content, and growth trends.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve community engagement and support efforts.
Qualifications

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business).
  • Interest in Finance: A strong interest in finance, investing, and the stock market is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage users in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw insights to improve community engagement.
