Senior Front-End Developer

An important technology services company that provides consulting, design, implementation, and maintenance services in areas such as: AI Development, Automation, Application and Software Design, Technology-Oriented Market Research, and Web Design is looking for a Senior Front-End Developer.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead the development of complex user-facing features using modern front-end technologies.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement UI/UX designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical debt in front-end code.
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and apply them to enhance our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in back-end development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior team members.
