Position Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Support Team Associates to join our remote team. As a CST Associate, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional support and assisting them in navigating our platform and services. Your role involves human interaction with patients, similar to that of a Medical Office Assistant (MOA), and is crucial in encouraging patients to utilize the full range of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Platform Navigation: Assist patients in using the Mednow platform, including scheduling, prescription management, and accessing virtual care services.
  • Service Promotion: Educate patients about Mednow's services—integrated dispensing, virtual care, home visits—and encourage their utilization.
  • Support Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with platform features and healthcare best practices.

  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) or in a healthcare support/customer service role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with digital platforms and technology.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, patient-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
