Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
  • English is required, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new cultural experiences.
