Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Slovak Speaker to join our team as a Roadside Assistance Agent in Greece. This position comes with a free relocation package, making it easier for you to start your new adventure in a vibrant country!

As a Roadside Assistance Agent, you will support Slovak-speaking customers who may experience vehicle issues on the road. Your role will be to provide timely assistance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure our clients receive the help they need, all while maintaining excellent customer service standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests from Slovak-speaking customers via phone and other communication channels
  • Gather detailed information about the situation and assess the appropriate response
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and effective assistance
  • Keep customers informed of the progress and expected arrival times of assistance
  • Document all interactions and actions taken in the system
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on procedures and processes

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing high-quality service
  • Comfortable using computer systems and customer support software
