Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the customers.
  • Manage daily operations, including data entry and documentation.
  • Assist with order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate communication with customers and client.
  • Support the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural experience.
