Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support related to streaming services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the streaming platform and its offerings.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvement to management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
