Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Handle inquiries related to orders, products, and shipping in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document all interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize customer support and product offerings.
  • Engage in training sessions to develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
