Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Design Lead for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role, as the UX/Product Design Lead, requires a thorough understanding of user and business needs. It involves conducting and leading strategic research, producing effective design deliverables for complex projects, and leading project teams. This role delivers ideas, designs and prototypes in clean Figma files that solve user needs within those technical constraints. Responsibilities include improving usability standards, modeling best practices, and ensuring project success. The lead also influences hiring, encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration, mentors junior team members, participates in thought leadership, and contributes to discussions on team vision and roadmap. Additionally, this role involves independently leading workshops and other collaborative activities with minimal consultation from leadership.

Requirements
Work Experience in This Field: 7-9 years
Experience with complex digital product design required
Online portfolio showcasing recent work demonstrating a strong sense of design clarity is required in order to be considered
English Proficiency: Fluent
Required Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
