Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on VP, Brand and Creative to spearhead our brand strategy and develop compelling campaigns that continue to position us as the leader in our category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, UX, brand creation and management, as well as hands-on experience leading creative projects/teams/agencies to fuel digital marketing and sales enablement programs. This role requires strategic thinking and a passion for design, innovation, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and other creative specialists and outside agencies; cultivating an environment of creativity and collaboration
  • Craft and execute a brand strategy that secures our long-term success and differentiates us in the marketplace, carrying that through to our overall visual identity, creative strategy and organic content strategy
  • Develop and implement creative approaches that enhance brand recognition and drive engagement; Create captivating narratives and campaigns that resonate deeply with consumers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and effective paid marketing campaigns; Utilize insights to inform strategic choices and assess the effectiveness of creative initiatives
  • Work closely with the marketing and martech teams to continually improve the website and app design/experience
  • Oversee the production of a high volume of visual and written content for various marketing channels, including in-house production of paid and organic social assets
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and project objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in marketing efforts
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Improve throughput of creative assets and overall workflow efficiencies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a creative leadership role with 2-3 years of experience leading brand strategy initiatives
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in design software and tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies
