Join Our Mission to Fight Climate Change as a Solutions Engineer

Want to be part of one of Europe's fastest growing climate tech startups? We are looking for a passionate Solutions Engineer to help us transform every company into a sustainable business, with critical responsibility and influence on our product and overall venture development.

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our Sales Team sell our complex climate and carbon reduction product by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our clients.

Location: This role does require that you are based in Germany or Austria

We’re looking for someone with a near-native level of German (C2 level) AND fluent in English (C1 level). If it’s not your case, we'd love to consider your application for future positions where this isn't a hard requirement.

What You'll Do

  • Support our Sales Team with solution selling into our prospect account base
  • Partner with our Sales Team to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Successfully match the customer pain points/requirements to our proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition of our carbon accounting product
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Hand over customers to our Customer Success department
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence
  • Actively advocate for and represent Cozero at events/ social media
  • Guide prospects though testing phase

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and/or sales skills
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers
  • The ability to listen actively and match customer requirements to valuable solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn our product in detail
  • Self driven personality, able to adjust quickly to new situations
  • Bonus if you have an understanding of carbon accounting, but a keen interest is a must!
