Job description

Remote for those based on the East Coast and Central USA. This role will require you to be a US Citizen.

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect that has a broad range of expertise within ServiceNow offerings. The end client will expect the ServiceNow Technical Architect to provide expertise in architectural design, implementations, hands-on support/troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and mentor for team members.
Oversee projects from architectural design to implementation.
Lead discussions on ServiceNow solution design and architecture.
Collaborate with clients to understand business transformation objectives and define technical requirements.
Ensure adherence to development guidelines related to security and performance.
Create design specifications and architectural diagrams.
Support business capture efforts and contribute to proposals and presentations.

Qualifications (Required):

IT experience; 3-5 years as a ServiceNow Architect and/or Developer.
Experience with ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions and building scoped applications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, essential) (CIS, and CTA).
Experience with federal clients preferred.
