Requirements

  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and APIs;
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, C#, and .NET;
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure);
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other business systems;
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions;
  • Proven experience in leading CRM projects from conception to completion;
  • Familiarity with business process automation and optimization using Dynamics 365;
  • Ability to diagnose system issues and recommend effective solutions;
  • Knowledge of best practices for CRM data management and security;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients;
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies;
  • Confident and professional communication with customers;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

The following requirements are not mandatory but we will consider them as a bonus if you have them:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the business and technical teams, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of CRM systems, ensuring performance optimization;
  • Lead the implementation, solutions, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements;
  • Analyze, document, and translate client requirements into technical and business specifications;
  • Advise on best practices for CRM usage to optimize client processes and workflows;
  • Provide ongoing support for existing CRM systems, identifying and resolving issues or inefficiencies;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and system errors promptly;
  • Manage CRM data integrity, ensuring accurate, consistent, and secure data across the organization;
  • Monitor CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
