Job description

Lead Cloud Engineer | C1+ German | Remote | €140-190k

A high-end consulting firm, often compared to the Aston Martin of the industry, is looking for a Lead Cloud Engineer to drive cloud transformation projects. This role offers a salary between €140,000 - €190,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement advanced cloud strategies, architectures, and solutions across various industries
Lead projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring optimization at every stage
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver state-of-the-art cloud services
Mentor and coach team members, ensuring best practices in cloud and integration architecture

Qualifications and Skills:

Fluency in German (C1 level or higher), both spoken and written
Strong expertise in cloud service development and infrastructure planning
Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions
Proven ability to lead projects across different sectors and adapt to new challenges

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with modern, secure software development environments
Certifications in cloud platforms or software architecture (e.g., AWS, ISAQB, CPSA)
Expertise in creating and managing secure CI/CD pipelines
