Accounts Payable Specialist - REMOTE

Qualifications To Apply

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Proficient in using computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment in a fully remote setting

• Assist with AP automation process
• Research and code invoices to appropriate grants
