Job description

Currently looking for PHRN associates for a non-voice account.

Responsibilities: The position involves coordinating and ensuring the proper execution of the client's department processes. Telephonic online authorization of routine services, contacting specialty care providers, monitoring patient eligibility, and performing online data entry for routine authorizations/denials.

License: PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse) is a MUST.

Experience: 0-6 months of relevant experience

Work arrangement: Temporary WFH but must be flexible to work on shifting schedule if business ask (weekends, night shift, holidays)
