Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Assistant to help our clients with their CRM monitoring and data management tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and uploading of raw data into Salesforce.

The Role

Core Tasks:
  • Upload new accounts/contacts in Salesforce, ensure we don't create duplicates, and upload all necessary fields
  • Create reports for campaigns in Salesforce
  • Update various Salesforce fields for marketing meeting attribution
  • Marketing attribution
  • Contact/Account uploads
  • Database cleaning (deduping, lead conversions, updating fields, etc.)
  • Account/contact matching when we get new lists from events, leads, etc.
  • Able to create effective Salesforce reports with the right filters and fields
  • Assign accounts to SDRs in Salesforce
  • Proactively manage the marketing calendar to stay ahead of campaigns
  • Set up SalesLoft email campaigns in SalesLoft
  • Perform contact imports with flat files

The Requirements
MUST-HAVES:
  • Experience working in sales/marketing databases
  • Highly detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to follow process documentation with little to no errors
  • Ability to work PST
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Intermediate proficiency in Gsheet/Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUP)
  • Experience in start-ups, and hyper-growth - have an appetite for challenge and growth in the role 
  • Soft skills: good communication, strong work ethic, naturally curious and entrepreneurial 
NICE-TO-HAVE:
  • 2+ years of Salesforce ops and reporting experience (basic ok, intermediate preferred)
  • Slack / Gmail experience for internal comms
  • Experience with CRM migration
