Key Responsibilities
  • Answer roadside assistance calls from Czech-speaking clients with care and professionalism.
  • Assess customer needs and gather relevant information to provide effective support.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely assistance delivery.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the assistance process.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our systems.
  • Provide feedback for continuous service improvement based on customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
  • Able to handle stressful situations and multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with technology and customer support software
  • Open to relocating to Greece, with relocation support provided
