Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and professional assistance to Italian-speaking clients facing roadside emergencies. Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency calls from Italian-speaking customers seeking roadside assistance.
  • Assess the situation and provide guidance to customers while dispatching appropriate services.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure customers feel supported and informed throughout the assistance process.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the company's system.
  • Work closely with the roadside assistance team and local service providers to deliver timely solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge of roadside assistance protocols.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
