Customer aligned, the ACE role is responsible for customer lifecycle from project concept to usage and expansion of Oracle Cloud infrastructure (OCI) within the customer. The ACE collaborates closely with the Cloud Sales Rep, working as a team to define/drive sales strategy, identify and win new customers, and new cloud workloads.

The ACE maintains an awareness of the customer’s infrastructure and is highly technically competent, acting as an advisor and influencer to customer technical teams and decision makers.

Ensures that customers/prospects are informed and educated on Oracle emerging technologies and how they create value and competitive differentiation.

Presents Oracle's technology demonstrating deep familiarity with infrastructure, security and integration capabilities.

In order to achieve all this, the ACE acts as customer single technical point of contact for cloud engineering resources, leading activities and teams where they are required to help position the value of OCI and continually meet and exceed customer expectations.

The ACE assembles and leads these virtual teams of Technical Specialists to support in creating solutions, designing architectures, delivering POCs and tailored technical workshops during sales cycles. The ACE then engages the Cloud Adoption team for delivery management and ongoing customer retention activities.
