Job Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day issues of end users.
Coordinating with different sub teams in IT for resolution.
Managing Audio and video conferencing (equipment setup, configuration and testing).
Discussion with end users; proactive.
Managing assets / encryption /VPN /cloud
Cordination with ISPs
Ablity work in ticketing tool system
Ablity to work & achieve defined SLA’s
Maintain the IT related Documents for Audits.
Responsilbe for all IT related services.
Essential Experience:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a ServiceDesk role.
- User administration experience
- Experience of working with a team to deliver project work
- Windows , Linux and MacOS operating systems
- Remote access tools e.g. TeamViewer
- Understanding of anti-virus software
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Firewall, VPN)
- Must have in depth Knowledge Microsoft 365 support knowledge.
- Must have in depth knowledge in Google work space
Desirable Skills / Experience:
- Administration of the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello)
- JAMF Mobile Device Management
- Legacy Windows OS both Server and Desktop
- Active Directory Users and Computers
- Active Directory Domains Services
- AWS / GCP administration experience
