We are a service company that supports a cutting-edge neobanking product focused on delivering innovative and secure payment solutions. As part of our growth, we are stepping into the global arena as a direct participant in the SWIFT network. We are committed to enhancing our international transaction capabilities and providing seamless services to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the SWIFT implementation and integration project.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end integration process of SWIFT into neobanking platform, facilitating client transition to becoming a direct participant in the SWIFT network.
  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed SWIFT integration documentation, including requirements, project plans, and regular reports.
  • Engage with correspondent banks and ensure alignment with SWIFT messaging standards.
  • Conduct risk analysis for the SWIFT integration process and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems related to SWIFT integration and international payment systems.
  • Work closely with the project manager and Chief Product Officer (CPO) to manage the integration roadmap, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time.
  • Support the technical development team during the integration process by clarifying requirements, ensuring compliance with SWIFT standards, and validating technical solutions.
  • Coordinate communication between external partners, vendors, and internal teams to address any integration issues or adjustments.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to SWIFT integration and ensure that updates are effectively rolled out to the platform.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in SWIFT integration: Extensive hands-on experience in SWIFT payment systems, including SWIFT messages (MT/MX), SWIFT GPI, and ISO20022.
  • Understanding of correspondent banking: In-depth knowledge of correspondent bank relationships and how they function within the SWIFT ecosystem.
  • Experience with payment systems: Familiarity with payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation processes, particularly in the SWIFT environment.
  • Integration experience: Strong experience in managing or supporting platform integration projects in the fintech or banking industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, system architecture, and software development processes, as well as working with technical teams to implement solutions.
  • Experience conducting risk analysis for integration projects and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
  • A good grasp of the regulatory frameworks that apply to SWIFT payments and correspondent banking.
