Organizational Change Management Consultant
Your responsibilities
Working on large scale international business transformation programs for our clients, focused on organization transformations, digital- and ERP implementations, Business Process Outsourcing.
As an Organizational Change Manager, you are an integral part of a larger project teams, focused on ensuring successful client delivery through customer experience
Bring in your change expertise to our clients and guide their stakeholders on the change journey.
You will develop and implement change strategies & plans, conduct change impact- and change readiness assessments, manage client stakeholders on all levels, plan and execute communications and organize training programs
Work as part of the Talent & Organization team and contribute to the development of our Organizational Transformation methodology and knowledge assets
Contribute to proposal creation and development of our service offerings in the area of Organizational Transformation

Requirements
Your qualifications
- Higher education degree, e.g. in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Management, Communication or other
- At least 3+ years of relevant and recent consulting or business experience
- Solid background in Organizational Change Management, continuous improvement, design thinking, learning & development and transformation experience
- Proven track record of successfully delivering client engagements in the field of Organizational Transformation
- Functional expertise in ERP (S/4Hana, SAP, Oracle) BPO/Outsourcing, Cloud, or Salesforce Transformation
- Proactive self-starters, high energy, motivated and driving personality
- Willingness to travel and an excellent command of English, additional language skills in German or French are highly desirable.
