Primary Purpose & Scope:

The primary scope of this role is to generate leads, develop relationships with potential clients, and ultimately close deals that contribute to our revenue growth. The primary solutions which will be sold into new clients is TCC’s behavioural gamification platform: LoyaltyQuest™. This will be a “hunter” type role, with the KPI of bringing on new clients onto the platform. The objective is to initially sell LoyaltyQuest™ and upsell additional solutions and services within the TCC portfolio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and target new potential clients across grocery, re-tail, and adjacent sectors
  • Proactily prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with new clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Maintatin accurate sales forecasts and activity reports in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
