We’re looking for a senior manager, advisor MarTech solutions to join our ranks. The senior manager will lead implementation and development efforts for our advisor marketing technology offerings. You will be an integral part of the Brand Studio advisor-facing marketing team and contribute to our marketing growth strategies and roadmap enabled by marketing technologies to optimize and scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage advisor martech vendor strategy, roadmap, and implementation.
- Manage advisor website platform vendor strategy, standards, practices, and open issues to ensure a positive and productive vendor relationship
- Collaborate with internal partners including technology and compliance, and other Marketing team members to implement current initiatives, develop new products, and roll out MarTech-related roadmaps
- Collaborate with technology to identify the marketing technologies to fulfill roadmap requirements, create the business case needed for investment, and qualify and select platforms and partners based on agreed criteria
- Support implementation plans for standing up new technology platforms and functionality to ensure compliant integration with other systems, and the appropriate sequencing of use cases/teams for rollout.
- Remain informed on roadmap changes, properly trained on new practices, and aware of best practices.
- Manage and coordinate the work to evolve current offerings working with cross-functional teams.
- Teamwork with consulting services colleagues.
- Explore and pilot new technologies
- Communication oversight internally and to advisors
- Deliver reporting and measurement initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis to improve the impact of marketing initiatives and activities.
- Oversee requirements to maintain compliance, information security, and technology standard operating procedures.
- Ability to manage to budget and present reports to stakeholders and management
- Keen appreciation and ability for vendor relationships and contract execution

- Deep understanding of marketing technology
- Successful experience in product development, customer success, and product releases and launch

- Team manager with ability to deliver working with cross-functional teams

- Awareness of the MarTech landscape, relevant to Commonwealth’s marketing initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, senior leadership, and enterprise stakeholders to drive results
Additional Skills and Knowledge
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management role, and marketing experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools and technology (website, CMS, marketing automation, and more)
- Passionate about how MarTech supports business goals and growth
- Experience working as part of a marketing team and collaborating to deliver against OKRs and KPIs
- Thrives on change and innovation
- Experience in Financial Services or other regulated industries
