Following our global success with Nas.io, we are looking for a Creator Sales Manager in Japan, to support our expansion into Japan, to hunt, sell to and onboard content creators to generate revenue on Nas.io.
 
This person is a focused, hands on and execution driven sales associate with a proven track record in achieving individual onboarding targets. The person should possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills, willing to be hands on and execute across the board. The role will have direct exposure to creators and report directly to the COO of Nas.io

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a lead to securing a deal and turning them into long-term partners
  • Manage complex negotiations with high profile creators and close deals effectively
  • Build relationships with Creator Agencies across the Japan Creator Ecosystem 
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management data: accounts, opportunities and forecasts
  • Supporting and onboarding creators with their paid products, including their launch
  • Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Participate in relevant industry events and conferences
  • Build and expand your network within the industry to drive business opportunities
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key creators, understanding their business needs and ensuring satisfaction
 
Requirements:
The main requirement of this role is someone who is driven to successfully hit and exceed targets!
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Account Executive, or partnerships managing and closing SME accounts
  • Fluent in Japanese with advanced conversational English
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced start up sales environment
  • A good understanding of Japan Creator Landscape (Social Media Platforms, Creator Agencies etc.)
  • Highly personable and holds great communication skills in order to successfully gain client buy-in
  • Credible and competent individual capable of and record of working with Senior leadership in target accounts
  • Quick thinker who enjoys the challenge of building from scratch, highly, driven to successfully hit and exceed targets
  • Self-starter, who is highly motivated and experienced working remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Past experience using tools like Figma/ Canva for basic design, and comfortable in Excel for numbers
